In 2004, Professor Richard K. Sherwin of New York Law School set out to promote a better understanding of the practice of law today by studying the impact of visuals and multimedia on litigation. After authoring the book, When Law Goes Pop: The Vanishing Line Between Law and Pop Culture, he founded The Visual Persuasion Project. He contends:
“Lawyers are coming to realize that in order to be successful they must understand the tools at their (and their adversaries’) disposal, especially the visual and multimedia tools that digital technologies make available.”

Art of Facts was invited to participate as a part of Professor’s Sherwin’s nationwide search for the best providers of visual and multimedia tools for the courtroom.
When the Visual Persuasion Project site launched in January 2006, Art of Facts was named by Professor Sherwin as one of nine “top-flight visual litigation service providers” in the country, and holds a featured portfolio page on the site.
